From Estimate - Wet sagging insulation Susan B
June 5, 2020
Basement & Radon Solutions, BRS Pros, did crawlspace repair for Susan. This included removing old insulation and cleaning the crawlspace sub-floor for wood decaying fungi and organic growth. After cleaning a EPA registered fungicide/cleaner/deodorizer is completely fogged throughout the crawlspace. This kills 99.9% of mold spores and will inhibit the growth of mold and mildew. After the solution is dry new sub-floor insulation is installed and the crawlspace is encapsulated. The crawlspace was encapsulated with 9-Mil white 100% woven reinforced ground liner and the foundation piers were wrapped and sealed. The crawlspace was also made RADON READY meaning that there is a passive radon system in place underneath the ground liner. An Aprilaire 1850 Dehumidifier was also installed along with a hygrometer remote humidity sensor. It was our pleasure making Susan's crawlspace and home happy & healthy.
