Wes and Roy were great, pleasant and went about their work efficiently in spite of having to work around men here installing a generator. Your company was highly recommended by a neighbor and I was/am very pleased with it. Yes, all expectations met.

We cleaned and removed organic growth from the crawlspace area, installed a 6-mil radon barrier on the ground, a radon mitigation system, and a hygrometer with wireless remote to monitor the humidity levels in the crawlspace. Our post mitigation radon test showed an average of 1.1 pCi/l.

We tested and found an average of 3.7 pCi/l which is within the acceptable level range, so no mitigation was recommended at the time. We suggest retesting every two years to make sure the radon levels stay within the acceptable range.

We installed a 6-mil reinforced radon barrier in the crawlspace, nailing to the walls and taping all lap joints. Adding a 3" baffle to suction line. This corrected the previous poorly installed system and brought the radon level down to 1.4 pCi.l

I live in Connestee Falls, 10 miles south of Brevard. I'd like to get an estimate for mitigation of my crawl space which is approximately 2000 sq feet with a plastic covered dirt floor. Thanks
