Steve was looking to replace a radon fan and have a radon test done for his home he was selling.

Solutions provided:

Basement & Radon Solutions, BRS Pros, did a radon fan replacement with a R1.22 Radon Fan which comes with a 5 year manufacturers warrenty. BRS Pros also did a 48 hour Radon test after the new fan was replaced that came back at 0.3pCi/L, which is awesome! It was such a pleasure to help Steve make his home happy, healthy, and safe for a new family!
